Basically, you are in the wrong place here.

80% of users build/buy a piece of house and then that's it. 10% do this again with a second house or an apartment. Another 5% come from a bank and have also dealt with people who build more than just once. But only 1% of those have an understanding of project/developer financing. And the remaining 5% are on the other side as craftsmen, real estate agents, etc... Of those, only 1% can handle larger projects.

So in total, about 2% remain as "knowledgeable". And therefore, it will probably all stay quite general.

For lack of experience and creditworthiness (?) sell, proceeds go to the heirs and everyone can go their own way. Some schemes where every grandchild inherits an apartment in a multi-family house are just nonsense. 1 million divided by 5 is not much different from rental income divided by 5. The former is considerably easier, requires no experience, no ongoing maintenance, hardly any advisory costs ...
