Just by the way: Probably no orchestra in the world employs a triangle player. The triangle is part of the percussion section, which includes a variety of instruments (timpani, drum, gong, glockenspiel, xylophone, ratchet, thunder sheet …) – the whole thing is very complex (probably similar to the construction of a multi-family house by a community of heirs on a former industrial site).

I have many young graduates in the bank who can make big speeches and create colorful PP presentations. But when it comes to taking a pragmatic approach, it quickly ends.

That is really a problem of this generation. Expectation and reality, talk and action are so far apart there.
