I meant that it becomes clear during a tender whether a general contractor will respond (based on experience, this is the case if you follow my recommendation not to exclude such applications). The tender is typically done by the planning architect. You can also be accompanied by other service providers for this – as long as it is not the one chosen in the thread . I currently don’t have any free capacities for that myself (at the earliest, I would come into play after Carnival).
Then these friends made (bad, but simple and avoidable) mistakes in their tenders.
For tenders, you need more experience than (construction-technical) expertise. That rather comes into play during construction management, which I also recommend to be assigned preferably together with the planning architect – but there are also independent specialists.
*ROTFL* *SCNR* you should explain in more detail what a "sozusagen vorhandenes" (so to speak existing) plot is (?)
I don’t recall having read about Geiser here (nor have I met them personally), with WETON, to my recollection, has built satisfactorily (and I also tend to consider them recommendable).
Thanks for the info, building with an architect is still not an option for me. Thanks to your link, I also came across Massivhaus Wonnegau and Kreativ Massivhaus. I will take a closer look at the providers. Apparently, people have consistently had positive experiences.
