New building shell construction selection: Choose a company or architects?

Don't talk nonsense about getting an impression. You want information and rough prices, preferably on paper. There are no architects or craftsmen in NRW who have time to sit down with you for free. They are all fully booked.

If you have a problem with that, then do your thing the way you think is right, but don't dismiss everything else as nonsense just because you may not see a way in it.
