Recommendations GU in the Heidelberg area

My neighbor built with Weton years ago and was very satisfied. Currently, our (soon to be) neighbor is building with Weton. When I am back at the property, I will definitely ask how the construction is going.

The "old" neighbor built with Weton Limburg (defects were rectified without discussion and without any issues - however, according to my neighbor, that was about 5 years ago). Due to the location, the prospective new neighbor should build with Weton Frankenthal. But I will gladly ask how that goes and report here.
