Either you get a construction manager/carrier or simply someone who supervises the work in our sense, which would be very expensive, or not at all, and then they will walk all over us, perform various tasks incorrectly or not at all, there will be many unnecessary time-consuming discussions that are only expensive.

The prefabricated house does not come with the toilet on the wall!
