What is repeatedly underestimated is the walk from the sofa to the fridge or beverage supply. This will be quite a trek here.

I therefore recommend placing the beverage fridge in the basement next to the washing machine. Then it will be on her way.

You have already received a few tips. As a mom of a 3-year-old ... really think about whether you want to do the laundry so far away. Especially in the first year, one load per day is not uncommon. Then hanging it up or using the dryer ... believe me, it’s awful if you have to stand in the damp basement for that. And that with a small child (because they find it really interesting down there). Maybe swap the guest room/office with a utility room. If you want to be really decadent, plan a small room upstairs where the washing machine and so on can go. About the skylight: I know it makes everything nice and bright, but I haven’t experienced a single one that was clean. Those things get dirty so quickly that they’re really no fun.

This path cannot be overestimated. Food supply right next to the sofa is the surest way to exponentially increasing obesity.

What I also noticed: the window at the top leading to the roof terrace. If there are any neighbors who could look in there, but also any resident who even thinks that someone could look in, will always have to overdress a bit when walking along the corridor upstairs. I don't know how you handle it, but it happens that sometimes you want to walk along there naked or dressed sloppily. Or you just don't always want to be seen as an object of desire upstairs... however, the windows give insight into the most private thing a person has – namely the sleeping area [emoji2][emoji41]

Of course, it is about the chilled water in the glass bottle.
