Hello,

None, because you must accept just as much negligence as the planner. Translated, this means the planner delivered what you commissioned ... if you intend to terminate due to the clear height; however, I would like to point out that this is not a reason for termination

Kind regards

My 2.45m are enough for me. I prefer "only" 2.45m on the ground floor but to have the roof slope start a bit later on the upper floor.

It's always a matter of perspective!

That's exactly right! Since the total in the bottom right is usually decisive, the "blowing" begins after realization. Now the "bad" responsible parties are being sought. If it later turns out during operation that the consumption costs for heating/domestic hot water are significantly higher – if even noticed at all – than expected, the search for responsibility begins anew.

best regards

Our clear room height will be 2.60 m + approx. 30 cm suspended ceiling, so 2.90 m.

We are getting floor-to-ceiling + room-height windows. We asked about additional costs and were told it does not cost more.
Whether you build a wall or pay for a window....it comes out the same.

I have to believe that for now, right?

I find high rooms significantly nicer. 2.45 m is already very little.

Hello,

I don’t have to understand that now, do I?

2.135 and 2.19 have no price difference, that is correct. Everything beyond that is significantly more expensive; barrier-free (regardless of the fact that it is not recommended) costs even more... increasing the story height by 40 cm is significantly more expensive than the higher windows; unless you only have windows, then it is almost equally expensive, but definitely not cost-neutral. What about roller shutters?

Agreed, the larger the room, the more pleasant the feeling of space with higher ceilings

Kind regards

Clear room height: 2.60! To avoid misunderstandings, I wrote that we will get a suspended ceiling and the suspension will not come below 2.60m, but has already been deducted there.

OK, the room height has been fixed from the beginning anyway. Therefore, the costs have never been calculated based on a normal ceiling height for us. We will now have the windows extended from 2.50 to 2.60 in height, and some of them extend over an entire wall surface - like shop windows, mostly fixed.

The difference between 2.50 and 2.60 is probably not significant.

Our venetian blind system will disappear into the suspended ceiling. The structural engineer has to deduct some mass from the lintels. Thus, the problem is solved.
