Planning luminous room height - experiences?

So in our offer, [lichter Rohbauhöhe] is mentioned. Sorry, I should/must have mentioned that. According to the construction company, 15cm must be deducted on the ground floor and 12cm on the upper floor.

After my adjustment and 2.75m on the ground floor, we then have about 2.60m left on the ground floor, and by keeping the planned height of 2.62m on the upper floor, we then have about 2.50m left. That sounds right to me. On the ground floor more than in the current apartment to make the living-dining area appear more spacious, and upstairs then a nice 2.50m due to the smaller rooms.

We need 3.10m for a 65sqm living room. We also partially lower the ceiling to "hide" speakers.

Ok, if only the living room is 65m² it is probably suitable, but I definitely don't think it's the right one for our floor plan.

2.80m<3.10m. I also find that borderline, but it can certainly still look good.

I have experienced 3m living rooms several times, but I think you no longer feel cozy there. If I only want to see the ceiling with binoculars, I go out to the terrace.
