Photovoltaics at any cost - current situation and offers

After countless rejections due to overload/wealth/delivery difficulties, I have finally received an offer for a photovoltaic system. The system is planned for our new building (completion 2023). We have a gable roof, almost south-facing, 30 degrees inclination, fully usable, about 50 sqm roof area per side. The house is being built in Bavaria, Thuringia is about 60 km away.

The offer shocked me a bit. The following items are included:
14x MAXEON modules at 430 heat pump, total of 6.02 kWp - 11,138€
1x Tesla Powerwall 2.0, 13.5 kWh - 10,400€
Installation etc. - 3,130€
total: 24,668€ net

I find that pretty expensive, I would leave out the battery anyway, but even then the price for the 6 kWp is, in my opinion, way too high. Apparently, this is currently the price you pay in Bavaria if you can find anyone at all. For me, the question arises whether one should even invest at all currently, or rather just pay the electricity price. Yes, sure, it’s a matter of calculation, but if you read along here, these are sky-high prices – aren’t they? Better get offers from other regions? Are there any recommendations in the region around 97XXX?

You have already correctly recognized that leaving out the [Speicher] is the right choice. The size of the [Speicher] makes no sense given the size of the photovoltaic system. Even in summer, you will hardly ever fill it up.

That’s the problem, I don’t get any offers. Every specialist company in the region immediately tells me that there is no way to write even a single offer this year.

Already asked in the specialized forum? Don't know how busy they are, but I got a good offer back then (while the local ones mostly didn’t reply anyway due to lack of interest).

I also don’t understand why only 14 modules should fit on 2x 50 sqm?
I mean (without having calculated it exactly) there should be at least 32 modules, i.e. 16 per side.
And yes, the price is shocking. Maybe with about 13.1 kWp a better price/performance ratio?
And still, I estimate that with the expected 50 cents per kWh it pays off, but my crystal ball is very, very cloudy.

Getting a photovoltaic system this year is like playing the lottery. Apart from the fact that there is not much selection, Fronius has already stated that they cannot supply inverters with [Datamange], and are currently looking for an external solution.
