Hello Should it be a fridge-freezer combo or a refrigerator with a freezer compartment? If you already have a separate freezer, a freezer compartment is sufficient, if at all. Regards Section Chief
it definitely should be a fridge-freezer combo. For that, we have chosen the 60x220cm tall cabinet at Ikea. And we are completely open about how which door etc. should be installed. It depends accordingly on the fridge.
The 2nd large one from Ikea "ISANDE" can also be installed there.
When I look at the fridges listed on Idealo up to 54/55 cm, there aren't many alternatives, right?
IKEA only has appliances for sliding doors, therefore the width of about 54 cm. You can also use wider appliances with fixed door technology. The important thing is that both doors can be covered with fronts in height. The installation of appliances with a plinth unit might be problematic.
Hello I have installed a Beko refrigerator with a fixed door in my IKEA kitchen. It was super cheap and is also very quiet, only the interior layout (location of the compartments) could be better. However, my model is a pure refrigerator for a 178 niche without a freezer compartment because I also have a separate freezer. Maybe this one is something for you, it has a 0-degree zone and NoFrost and should be available for around 500,-. Regards Sectionschief
