Don’t feed the troll :cool: (plus a few characters)Common? If that’s really the case, then rather disgusting… I made my first truly homemade moussaka on Monday (I love Greek food). The kitchen was a battlefield afterwards. Admittedly, the recipe was good but the process was a mess. Still, we are doing well. We live well. Very well. A personal chef would never be within our budget. But even if it were. What nonsense is that? I like to cook. To cook myself. To cook properly. If it wasn’t that good, then I try to do better next time. And I like it when I can do that with my family present. The smell in the house of rosemary, lamb fat, onions, garlic, roux, potatoes, etc. lingers for a while. But it’s good. Better than any “air freshener”.
