Hi

In Norderstedt there are three huge new development areas! Last info development 2022, last price 500 €m2 they are called Sieben Eichen and Grüne Heide, plus there is another one right nearby.

All from the same developer. No idea if I’m allowed to write the name, but you’ll find it. Hasloh also has 2 development areas in the Neue Mitte area.

Otherwise, there has always been something in Kayhude, also affordable..

Oh, also take a look at the development area garstedter dreieck, richtweg, something is being developed there as well. Otherwise, always check the council documents from time to time, construction areas often appear there that are nowhere else listed.

I have actually now found my plot in the south of Hamburg, but when I am at the PC later, I will look for the old list for the north.. Ahrensburg and such an alternative?

Yes, but then my wife and I use more fuel in 25 years than we save when buying the house  Unfortunately, Wischhafen is really disliked. Wrong side of the Elbe. There is either a ferry and a lot of country roads or country roads and a tunnel. Each way to work takes 1.5 hours. Yes, I know, you have to compromise somewhere. But the initial question was still not "where can I build cheapest in S-H," but "how do I buy/find a property that is paid for what it’s worth. Even if it’s a million." I don’t want to buy something for a million euros that is only worth 650,000 euros. And that is exactly what happens on the portals. And not really great in terms of location either. Don’t get me wrong, folks, everything will be fine :)

@ I have taken note of all your messages, thank you for that. I will follow up. I must admit that I haven’t checked any new development areas recently because in the past, NOTHING ever happened. I used to search the cities’ websites twice a week and eventually gave up.
