Then I can count on your Lower Rhine experience when my parents want to sell their semi-detached house in 4 years. I completely broke down when my mother said that she believes she won’t get more than €175k for her 330sqm corner plot with a brick double garage and semi-detached house of 95sqm from 2001. I won’t let them sell the house without an agent.

Then you have to become a vegetarian. No butcher, no sausage - if you want cream, you have to shake cows. Some of my tips were written "before Corona" and currently only work to a limited extent or a bit differently. You have to actively hunt for properties actively.

We currently have 60 as equity and are still searching. By the time it actually starts, one could gather 100,000 as equity. Depending on how long it will take.
There are still a few securities which I do not consider as money, that's why they were not chosen.
It also does not matter whether or how one can pay off one million or 800,000 in 25 years.
Much more it was about the fact that I/we ideally should not buy VERY far ABOVE the value and how to do it, and how others in the area have done it.
Whether the others also have the same problems.

If you add a few more kilometers, you get better prices. There are many people here who simply drive up to 100 km coming from Hamburg. For that, you get developed plots between 60 - 200 euros.

Is Wischhafen uninteresting?

Maybe you still have 20 Bitcoins lying around somewhere. That would also solve your problem :p
