I know what I was told, I just don’t understand why I would have to wake someone up with this solution, there are nice solutions for getting up with dimmable lights or light strips that don’t make the room daylight bright and thus allow for a calm waking up, I see absolutely no problem there, and also with the now separated bathroom area, I hardly believe you would even hear anything there, and even if you do, you are definitely not sick all the time and usually you infect your partner as well.
First of all, thanks for the feedback, you might be right if you are not familiar with the location, however, my father-in-law built his house with exactly the same orientation, almost exactly the same orientation and location, these are the things we observed in summer and also simply asked about, these are just empirical values, that’s why the plot suited us simply because of the location and also the amount of sun. Don’t worry, that was the basis for us to consider the plot. Our house will then also stand significantly higher than the neighboring houses in the future, i.e., the neighboring buildings are a maximum of 1.5 full floors which means the sun shines over the houses without casting shadows. I hope that better explains my point of view, the sunlight is really based on experience, my fiancée’s parents’ house is on the same side of the street about 400m away.

No bathtub in the whole house?
Don’t just think about now

What about back pain?
What about the children?
What about colds, rheumatism, etc?

The bathtub has already been mentioned. But once again the question, where do the toddlers bathe? And the way to child 2, when they are still small and have something at night – that gives mileage allowance. Of course, you don't have to plan your house solely based on that, but the floor plan seems to me as if the children are already out of the worst phase.

Install doors in your parents' suite.
At 25, I would have planned the same way.
It is not practical
Is this now the dark blue or the black blouse
Light on
Partner awake
Then at least take large sliding doors

There will be no bathtub in the entire house, only a temporary one or there are add-on systems for the shower that work great. A good friend of ours has one and she doesn’t miss the bathtub at all, or rather, she simply didn’t have one in her apartment. Yes, it seems as if the children are out of the worst phase, and that is intentional. I, for example, also didn’t have a bathtub in my childhood, only a shower, so I am very relaxed about the children.
Yes, back pain etc. is certainly not nice, but in the end you have to get into the bathtub and then get out again, and unfortunately we currently have a case in the family with back pain and he’s in agony and gets into the bathtub :/ and here I am very pragmatic, for 3-4 times a year of use, personally it’s simply not worth the space to me. I would rather install a jacuzzi with a roof in the garden later and no bathtub, but I think that is a personal feeling about the bathtub, only I will definitely not miss it.
And yes, the house is really designed for adults and grown children, and that is exactly what we planned the house for. The time with small children will require a bit of improvisation but can definitely be managed.

Large sliding doors are already planned, my father-in-law will build the bedroom closet and kitchen for us if we pay for the materials, we will work with swivel spots for the closets in the dressing room and maybe make the wall longer. Hello, I hopefully still have time to strain my eyes and recognize colors until 50, but good tip, definitely worth considering at least to build it so that it can be equipped with a door with little effort in old age or even now.
