Awesome! Yes, the Baltic and North Sea are located in the northern part of the country - but that doesn't necessarily mean the coasts face north. Much of it faces east or west. Just zoom in on Google Maps: the coast is not a straight line. And even if the view to the north offers a lot - the bright sun and the yellow light are still missing for the mood. Experts in this case choose the hotel room facing the land side

That is also not correct. It only pays off with the 3/5 rule if one party is earning a starvation wage. 4/4 changes nothing.

And the discussion about the bathtub is really amusing: photovoltaic is planned as well as several options for retrofitting and sauna, but the simplest way of relaxation, which cannot be easily retrofitted later, is being skimped on. The design depends on the builders and is therefore not mature. I am curious about the changes

I assure you, that will be the case with these two. The girlfriend is a tax clerk, not a tax specialist, accountant, or consultant... HI Your statement, dear Ypg, is not correct. Currently, both are in tax class 1, as they are unmarried and have no children. Should the two marry, they can switch to tax class 3/5 or 4/4. Over the course of the year, one pays the same amount of taxes with these two combinations, but usually less (in total) than in 1/1, especially if the incomes are different. Since the partner is only a tax clerk, I claim that the income distribution here is very unequal, and thus they can save money. Best regards, Ralf

The bathtub in the house is overrated if you have a hot tub in the garden.

Oh, come on... ... weak argument about the topic of basic equipment in the house and nice to have in the garden. Or do you just want to show some humor? First, the house has to stand! My neighbor retrofitted a hot tub... despite having a bathtub in the house, but the hot tub was actually not used in winter. It was purchased last summer... parents used it 1-2 times... children more often (not to be confused with often). In warm weather you don’t want to, in cold weather not outside... Man, I want to warm up briefly in the cold season, in the bathroom, not outside... even after intensive sports or a gardening session, the “muscle well-being of Kneipp” has to take effect. And even if I hadn’t done that for 2 or 5 years now, I would know that a bath is simply needed for certain reasons (not for cleaning). The sauna, on the other hand, not so often... between shower and sauna there is simply the bath. And the 25-year-old has to listen to experienced users that not only in old age a bathtub is useful, but also for necessary work on the house... the sauna is far behind in that... I wouldn’t even rent an apartment without a bathtub

A little humor is definitely needed, because you also need a private place for it, and that is not given with the OP. On the other hand, if the bathroom is already full, warm and outdoors, not visible to others and with a nice view... Everyone saves somewhere - even if it's the bathtub in the house.

... then the outdoor bath can also save on the tub
