Pro family sauna
In the past, first we kids (sister, cousins, and I) were in the sauna and later the adults
The floor plan still needs some refinement. Even as a retreat, the bedroom is very large. I would really carve off a few more square meters for laundry. The laundry pile with a baby and toddler takes on gigantic proportions. Spit-up, leaked diapers, etc.
You don’t need great drawing skills for furniture. Floor plan 1:100 and 1 mm equals 10 cm furniture. Then rectangle for sofa, table, armchair, etc.
Grab your better half, roam the furniture store on Saturday, and take measurements when you’ve agreed on the XXL sofa.
Draw lots of rectangles to scale, nothing 3D, no corners just because the armchair is 10 cm narrower at the back than at the front.
Go through your house like this repeatedly.
If drawing is not your thing, then use graph paper or cardboard, cut out rectangles to scale, and lay them in the floor plans. You can also easily move them around like that.
