I can definitely recommend wall lights in the Allraum as well. They are installed at 1.85 meters here, so you don’t look directly into them and they shine upwards. We mostly use them in the living area.
You should also consider where you want recessed and where surface-mounted spotlights. With surface-mounted spotlights, you can usually also shine at an angle on the walls/on a picture, etc.
I took a look at the LAN. I think it's okay so far, but I would always make a double socket out of a single one. What I'm missing are the access points? Ground floor, upper floor, terrace? What are you planning at the front door? Also consider LAN during the preparation of the e-charging station.
Good hint! I assume the access points are meant for the Wi-Fi. Are 1-2 per floor enough? Why do I need LAN at the e-charging station? Apart from a normal intercom system, nothing is planned at the front door. We are building in a tiny village right next to the extended family. I don't see any need for more technology at the door.
LAN at the charging station may be necessary for intelligent control if you want to take advantage of the funding.
1x access point per floor should be sufficient for the size of the house.
Otherwise, a motor lock at the door is possibly conceivable and other sensors. RFID, fingerprint, etc., and generally status messages open/closed/locked.
