Lighting and electrical planning in new construction

I do. I just want to understand why I should spend three times as much money on an access point and whether it offers me any advantage.
So far, I don't see any.

Well, flexibility is all well and good, but I would still roughly consider where which number of sockets makes sense for you. I think 15 sockets in 15 m² in the children's rooms is excessive. Half of that is more than enough. In key places where you might possibly need sockets in 10-15 years by rearranging furniture, you can also have an empty flush-mounted box plastered in and just lay in a cable. If you really need sockets there later on, they can be easily retrofitted. For me, all the sockets behind cabinets and beds would be dead capital, because they are paid for but unusable.

You have to decide on the number of sockets. For our house (about 145 m²), we manage with around 85 sockets, others with significantly fewer or more.

Exactly what I mean. For rooms of 15 sqm, that's enough. As for sockets: making some switchable here and there and possibly installing a two-way switch (e.g., at the bed) makes sense. 15 for children's rooms is excessive. Just play through the devices and life.

I couldn't read everything through now, so the question is whether there are already any thoughts about which lighting groups one would like to switch separately in the huge living space? And from where one wants to switch which lamps? All the sockets are nicely listed, but not where how many light switches will be placed.
