Do I understand correctly that you are planning almost 150 sockets for just over 200 m² of net living space? What do you want to plug in there? A lot has already been said about the ceiling spots. They are a matter of taste. I would prefer ceiling lights and wall or floor lamps.

What is the reason for putting the router in the office? Your network cabling will converge at one point, and I would put the router there. What type of connection do you have? Fiber optic?

What did you have in mind for the access point? Ceiling mount or wall mount? I prefer ceiling mount. Then the devices should support POE, and you won’t need a power outlet at the access point.

We looked at the spots, the light, and the shadows before making a decision. The result was that the spots were too small and had light with harsh shadows. Our choice fell on LED panel lights, dimmable, adjustable from 3000-6000K, and lights with E27 sockets, pleasant light, no glare, no shadows

Yes, that is correct. I have been advised by many to not skimp on sockets as much as possible. Mainly to maintain maximum flexibility, not necessarily to have them all permanently in use. Are there average values/recommendations regarding the number and living area?

Good question! We are getting fiber optic and the cabling would probably converge in the technical room. Then the router would probably go in the basement... I need to take a closer look at the access points first. I don’t even know what they look like. On the ground floor we want a concrete ceiling. I would like to drill it as minimally as possible.
