Now I really feel cheated. To know where we have to be, we first have to know where what is.

You can also gladly follow your strategy (in the truest sense of the word)... I can only tell you what has already worked twice for us... by the way, in the Rhein-Main area. It is certainly not easier to find a property there than in your area. 11ant and Jean-Marc say the same as I do, just maybe with different words.

I am quite willing to do more than others. That’s why I am here, to find out what exactly needs to be done. There have already been some useful suggestions for me, I just don’t like the idea of having to change my personality (if that is even possible), or at least pretending to have a different personality for a while.
