So the steam cooking function is really great. Our oven also has 4D hot air but it has not been used yet.

We also had an oven with all kinds of features, which were rarely/never used, the focus was on preparing the food. In the new house, a simpler stove with telescopic rails and pyrolysis

Already the third oven with it. It is well-functioning hot air. Just as little as any other convection oven. Besides that, an air fryer is rubbish. Absolutely not comparable to a proper fryer (except for individual real professional devices).

I find this answer sympathic, so I take it as a source:
I am surprised by some answers. Because: granite is not just granite. There are different qualities that differ in price and appearance. There is the cheaper one, which you already know from the black-and-white kitchens of the 80s, but also much more delicate structures that look a bit more high-quality and cost correspondingly more. In addition, mass-produced Chinese goods are always offered quite cheaply, but do not have the quality one expects from "granite." This was also said in #3.
Otherwise: granite is a natural product... I have it as a windowsill and would not recommend it in a kitchen. Acids and alkalis retain their memory.

Wood is not the same as wood and laminated board is not the same as laminated board. This applies to pretty much all products of every material and also in many other situations. ;)

In theory, one shouldn’t even talk about basic properties. The person who sells me cheap Chinese granite probably won’t sell me the highest quality laminated board either. What looks good to each individual and what doesn’t, everyone can decide for themselves. I don’t like many granites either. I consider Nero Assoluto very timeless. Polished or honed. But not everyone has to like it.

In 15 years with a flamed Nero I never had any problems, not even acid stains. But I also haven’t left lemon juice standing in puddles on it for days :p

I have another question about the induction cooktop and the range hood

My question is currently we have planned an 80cm induction cooktop do you think 80cm is enough or should we definitely go for 90cm?

Second question is if we take the 80cm cooktop should we also take an 80cm range hood or better a bit bigger and 90cm?
