A basement exterior wall as a dowel wood construction (wood + concrete)

I understand, the argument seems plausible to me when installing a wooden ceiling in the basement. Then I would either follow the company's suggestion or alternatively consider a clear two-part division in the construction: All basement walls including basement ceiling solid, from there upwards a wooden house. But of course that is a change that should be well thought out and possibly even requires a different construction company. I completely agree with haydee - better not to "impose" anything on the construction company on such fundamental points. The forum certainly cannot provide a meaningful decision aid, at most food for thought. Too many factors unknown to the forum play a role.

Does the wooden ceiling have worse sound insulation than a concrete ceiling? Or does it not matter if the insulation is the same?

I really have nothing against concrete. I just want the best solution for the best price. But I don't want to be disappointed after 30 years if the wooden wall needs to be repaired or something like that.
