Quick update for those interested.
I imagined the whole thing to be too simple. No chance of just quickly getting suitable wood at the hardware store. I thought 3000mm x 120mm x 120mm was nothing special, but it has to be ordered everywhere. Waiting time is 2-3 weeks. One beam costs roughly 50-60€. However, this wood is for visible use, pressed together from several layers, and all 4 sides are smoothly sanded. I am now leaning towards ordering a kit that can be configured as desired, including dimensions, material, roofing ([Stegplatten]), etc.
