KfW demands repayment of the grant due to the house contract

I've been struggling with our tax office since yesterday, the situation there is so 100% certain, you can only think that the brothers believe "come on, let's try it at 10, if it works at one, we've already won something..."

To translate the flowery elephant language... side effects are to be avoided. In practice, it is of course difficult to determine whether someone does something because of the subsidy or would do it anyway. With EH40 QNG Platinum++, the target group of voluntary builders is slowly becoming very small, but with the earlier subsidies for 55 and 40(+), it was definitely there. The order of the subsidy application and contract conclusion is a crutch... which in turn creates the problem of a circular dependency in practice. And this is solved with the next crutch, by having the first banker hand over a certificate of a "consultation meeting". Looking at all this madness soberly, it becomes clear why subsidies have a hard time with most economists.

Short update, because it did interest a few after all: The whole thing apparently went back and forth with 2 letters between [KfW] and the builders. [KfW] had continued to doubt that the contract addendum was already part of the construction contract and demanded from the construction company a confirmation that it was so. The company issued the confirmation without any problems and with that [KfW] gave in and everything is in order. Still pretty nasty to issue a reclaim due to such trifles...
