I would not enlarge the living space nor separate the toilet. That would mean more space in or for the bathroom. If I had this apartment with this bathroom, I would probably go to the hallway to dry off.

okay, I will think about it again. The idea to make the Allraum bigger came from the thought of getting rid of the useless corner of the storage room (washing machine). It costs more space than it provides because the corner also has to remain accessible.

My current bathroom is mini, a tube with 60cm x 60 space in front of the sink. The rest is fully occupied by bath and toilet.

I will think about it again. The shower proposed by the project planner of 90x180 is definitely way too big in my opinion. And in the end, the bathroom doesn't have much more room to move around because of it.

Firstly yes, what's wrong with a glass enclosure? Secondly reversed: I would separate the washbasin (L-shaped when viewed from the front), i.e. support it with a partition wall. And place a classic shower enclosure next to it, rounded at the "free" corner.

The only argument against glass for me was that the washbasin would then dock with its side to the glass panel. I would find that strange. That's why the wall.

What do you mean by the L-shaped boundary of the washbasin? So that it stands crosswise in the room? I don't exactly understand what you mean.

No, where you drew it in. Imagine it like a desk with a side panel on the left (leg, like the countertop, but standing instead of lying down) and nothing on the right, since there's the wall. Then the countertop virtually bends down 90° on the left. Up to the height of the washbasin top edge, it's basically a partition wall that then transitions into the washbasin countertop. Above the washbasin countertop, the shower cabin then stands virtually "free."

ah, now I understand what you mean by the L-shaped partition wall. I found a few pictures of it and it actually looks good, definitely better than it sounds to me (I rarely find the concept nice in kitchens). Today I kept thinking about the bathroom and the not unimportant question of where in the room one is supposed to dry off and get dressed. I can’t find any sensible arrangement of the furniture at all. No matter how I turn and twist the shower and the washbasin, somehow the division of the leftover space is always bad: either you have the door behind you, or the shower is so massive, or the washbasin has to be very small to leave enough space. How would you furnish the room with the dimensions 262 x 181 (these are the original measurements)? I once planned with a shower of 100x100 (can also be a bit smaller, 90x90) and a washbasin of 140 (too big), alternatively 120 (possible, but awkwardly divided because the 60 cm sink is in the middle) or 90 (then an extra dressing table as a shelf is needed. That, in turn, is impractical because it also needs space in front to stand and an extra mirror on the wall). Tomorrow I will try to post some drawings, now I’m going to sleep first.
