Is a stair floor plan 2x1/4 spiraled + landing possible with a maximum of 2.4x2.4m?

Hi, we also decided on a staircase similar to the one you drew. We also have more steps at the top than at the bottom and the staircase will also be made of concrete.

Maybe this helps you.

Dimensions are 1.64 x 3.06.

164 cm at the top of the plan, but at the bottom of the plan, where the 2 dashed steps are, it will probably be more like 215 cm - right?

Thank you for the notes, i.e. I am not completely off track.

Nevertheless, I would appreciate an opinion on the above-mentioned staircase, both regarding the feasibility of execution in concrete and the dimensions in terms of comfort and aesthetics.

You can make everything worse while trying to improve it.

That’s legitimate so far, but unfortunately ...

... it didn’t come out as it should have: the staircase in the kindly copied image by RobsonMKK you go “Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav, Gustav” (and that was “only” upwards; downwards the limp rhythm hits even harder). That is not stair climbing, that is sack hopping. That’s why no one who is musically talented enough to be not only a civil engineer but also an architect would come up with such a crazy idea.

Moreover, I wouldn’t want to go below 1m raw construction width for any staircase, and your step front edges at the changes of direction are incorrect.

That could be the last minute rescue
(I hopefully understand correctly that a worsened staircase will fail at the given ceiling opening)

And why exactly am I walking there with a limp? Unfortunately, your posts do not contribute to finding a solution.

I have complied with all the boundary conditions as stated in the standard as well as in the post contributed by , unfortunately I don't know more.
It is now, regarding the slope and the number of steps as you suggested:
16 x 18.43 / 26

Can you make a suggestion or is your opinion that it has to be a half-turned staircase? What would be a reasonable staircase with straight steps in terms of dimensions?

Yes, exactly. The dashed steps are only on the upper floor, where the hallway is wider, and we then saved space in the hallway on the ground floor.

Friends also have a staircase like that, and it looks great visually and is also easy to walk on.

It seems to me that you want to squeeze this kind of staircase into an existing plan at all costs. A staircase with two landings takes up the most space. Without changing the other rooms or completely altering the floor plan, you probably won't get such a staircase in easily.

For example, we wanted such a staircase from the beginning and planned it centrally in the house as a "showpiece." The other rooms then were created around the staircase (and that was quite a back and forth).

If you want such a staircase or basically a completely different staircase, I would advise putting the entire floor plan under review and then planning the staircase accordingly to be "comfortable."
