From my point of view, SAT is always worth it because it offers the highest variety of programs and flexibility, is inexpensive to maintain, and has the best picture quality. Even for 4K, I clearly see SAT ahead in terms of variety and quality for the next few years. LAN or IPTV of course has its advantages for on-demand offerings, but you can combine that however you like. Thanks to Sat single-cable solutions, the wiring today is also more flexible than before. As a precaution, I would personally always provide coaxial wiring to all living rooms.
However, if you are already further along in construction and it is no longer so easy to solve, SAT-over-IP systems are a viable solution. You have a receiver with usually 4 tuners in the technical room/attic, which then supplies the clients via LAN. The comfort is the same as with a classic SAT solution. Only 4 tuners can be used in parallel. But that should not be a problem in a single-family house.

The new building will only start next year in April, but for the shell construction review I should already roughly know what I want.

Currently, it looks like I will have a server cabinet in the basement where the router + NAS will be located, and I want the LAN connections in the living room, bedroom, both children's rooms, and office.

KOAX cable will also go into each of these rooms anyway, the only question is whether I have the central consolidation in the basement, since I am connected via cable TV, or in the attic because of SAT.

Empty conduit from the roof to the basement for the SAT cable and that's fine. Connect the multiswitch and distribute from there to the rooms.

Just remember that you need 4 cables. The alternative would be a coaxial cable from the basement to the attic. Then the satellite distribution could later be used for the cable connection if necessary. At the moment, I have no reason why anyone would ever switch from satellite to cable: expensive and fewer channels with lower bitrate.

I am currently considering possibly taking the Gigakombi from Vodafone, there would even be

I also think that I will leave the entire SAT system in the attic and only have the network distribution itself in the basement.
