I do not see this applying to the mention of the name of a public development plan in a quotation of the same. We are not talking here about the names of the broker or even the seller or the like.
.

From my point of view, that would still be too bold for a plot of this (how negotiable, we unfortunately couldn’t determine) restricted buildability. The framework conditions clearly say "bungalow" in my opinion, and even for a storage room usage like with (where it is symmetrically 35°) it would probably be advisable here to aim for the asymmetrical maximum. I would at least propose to the municipality to exempt the ridge height to be changed on a symmetry basis (but when bidding, not to assume that they will go along with that).

6 m eaves height say something different. Therefore, the request is to show the plan.

I understand. I already wrote that I am not expecting any information. Looked at the surrounding buildings. However, as already written/recorded, the old development plan. There are no new buildings in the immediate vicinity. All are at least 25/30 years old.

We don't need to keep writing now either. We can all use our time more meaningfully...

What do they look like? They could build back then too, so why not anymore today? If the plot is on a slope, I would rather worry about its buildability.

It should also be recognizable from where they are measured. "I + U", "6m eaves height" and the distinction of possible roof pitches on the mountain and valley side probably indicate a slope, yes.
