I am not looking for blame anywhere else. I will not post my questions further. The backlash I got was personally too harsh for me. Thanks anyway to the other users who meant well.
I will seek information/help elsewhere.

.. then at least take as a "lesson learned" that information will only flow as well as the input information provided.

It's not about the users, don't be so egocentric

Anyone and everyone can read along anonymously here. And if "Hinz" is the neighbor and "Kunz" is the municipal administrative clerk, maybe you don't want that.
That's what a forum is for, to ask for advice anonymously. Otherwise, you could just go to Hinz or Kunz and ask directly.

That should be understandable, or at least tolerable.

The internet is significantly less anonymous than people think. I would never post anything here that makes our property and thus my future place of residence precisely locatable in any way (and the property has belonged to us for decades, so it’s not about someone snatching it away). It doesn’t matter at all if someone finds that "not nice." For the assessment of a development plan, it is completely irrelevant what the building area is called. Some people are extremely economical with personal information on the internet for certain reasons, others less so. Everyone can do as they wish, but both should be respected.

That is of course up to you. But when there is no response to inquiries, it is very rude. A really harsh atmosphere here. Anyone who wants information should not be so stingy with information. You should prepare yourself very well here and/or elsewhere. You should then ask the experts who are building your house. Good luck with your building project. As for , I won’t say anything. But sometimes the saying about the elephant and the porcelain does apply.

I thought I had already clarified this misunderstanding: especially when a development plan is noticeably odd, the hour of secondary literature strikes (the justification of the development plan or its amendments; sometimes even development plans of previously developed areas of the same municipality). Then one can check whether it would make sense (or rather be a cynical piece of advice that would lead the questioner into the lion’s den) to suggest the path of exemption from the restrictive regulation.
