Property on a slope, is the purchase worthwhile?

In principle, I would simply calculate directly with 40-50k for earthworks. Usually, ancillary construction costs are estimated at around 40-60k. In your case, I would then set a flat rate of 100k. If it costs less, fine; if it costs more, hopefully the gap between the estimated and actual amount will no longer be so large. If you like the location and the cost breakdown (ancillary construction costs + house + land) works for you, then there is basically nothing against a purchase. However, as already mentioned, definitely get a soil survey done!

As long as you do not build directly at the edge of the 3-meter slope and leave the slope there natural, it does not necessarily have to be retained. I would have the soil examined. Not that the parking lot was poorly filled by excavation. Slope is more expensive Slope often forces more individuality Slope usually offers more privacy I do not want to trade my slope for a flat plot

I thought that at first too, but they can hardly be single-family houses if you compare them to the size of the apartment building and the cars. It looks more like allotment gardens.
