Interpret building plan / is it even feasible?

And since plots are selling like hotcakes, even at exaggerated prices, there is hardly any time to properly prepare for the project, let alone obtain the necessary information to avoid falling into the cost trap (because building feasibility could be difficult and the development plan restricts you too much).

I thought I had already clarified this misconception: especially when a development plan is obviously strange, that is when the time for secondary literature strikes (justification of the development plan or its amendments; sometimes even development plans of previously developed areas of the same municipality). Then you can check whether it would make sense (or rather be a cynical piece of advice that would lead the questioner into a trap) to pursue the path of exemption from the restrictive regulation.

You see, and that's why I mean it would have been wiser not to unnecessarily close the back doors for the correspondingly reading-savvy information gatherers.

When is the submission deadline? Have you already devised a strategy? What is your limit? For example, 100% above the standard land value? There are supposedly building areas where that is not enough.

We have been awarded the contract.

We had set a price per square meter. It was 15% above the offer price. There was only one bidding round. The standard land value is only available from 2020.

I wonder, @11ant, is the door now closed or was it previously ajar?
