Strange birds, who are found on the internet in higher concentration than in real life, yes – but how many of them already have the money suitcase under their pillow to make the quick grab? The fact is rather this: making it difficult for helpful, competent fellow discussants of all kinds to give their unsolicited yet no less valuable advice – after all, we are not a cat content forum – is rudeness as well as a disdain (for the advice itself, for the competence of the advice, for the freely given nature of the advice, and for the relative priority of mistrust over possible exceptional justifications of paranoia); furthermore, especially a layperson with even the self-assessment as a clueless beginner cannot even begin to imagine what can be gleaned with relevant reading skills from accompanying documents (such as justifications of the development plan or its previous xy amendments) and/or a more extensive aerial photo showing recognizable exemption cases. Helping such people further simply exceeds my willingness for masochism.
