So keep writing after all. To see surrounding buildings from the outside: ground floor and attic, without knee wall. No idea if there is a basement. There is a house that has a dormer. Otherwise, a house with a ground floor in the basement and upper floor, then roof without knee wall. The plot is slightly sloping. Slope currently unknown. However, in my opinion, it is not steep.

Can you get a plan with an elevation profile? If not, get a hose level and measure, or ask the neighbors what they know. Estimation by eye is just rubbish when it comes to height differences. My property has a 2m difference diagonally. When you stand on it, it absolutely doesn’t look like that, more like 70cm.

Yes, from the planned terrain. That is quite reasonable.

Red and blue don’t quite go together. But it is quite common to build like this with 2 full floors on a slope (basement + ground floor + roof). It would also fit the development plan.

Now you at least have a usable statement.

That was really a hard birth.

You can easily get that on Bayernatlas with an accuracy of 0.1 m. Isn't there a geoportal in your area?

If the development plan designates a U and if it is said (by a layperson) that there is a slope but it is not steep, then one can assume that there is enough of a slope that a simple bungalow on a slab foundation is difficult to build and it is better to plan with a basement. -> it will not be a cheap house construction like on flat land either. I hope your question is partially satisfied with this?!
