A little tip: don’t increase in full round 10 or 20 cm increments, but to brick height, if possible. Sometimes a full brick is cheaper than a sawed half.

I don't find that particularly expensive now

Well, if I now convert that to 50cm for the upper floor, that would be just over €5000 more. Just a quick question, how high should a basement with living space be? At least 2.40 m, right?

Yes. However, I would always go with the normal standard height of 2.50 m clear height.

... which costs a lot with a switchboard in the basement because it is not a standard size.

We therefore now have a clear height to the top edge of the finished floor of 2.36m in the basement and that is completely sufficient for a living space underground.

At least as long as you don't have a living room in there .

What exactly is meant by Lichte Höhe? Height from [Estrich] to ceiling?
