oh, I overlooked the controlled residential ventilation. Then it is of course almost negligible. Why doesn't the shower work? There are many who have mounted the showerhead on the side. You just need a door.

I would mirror the ground floor (then you would of course still have to adjust the lift-and-slide door). This way you can make the living room cozier, furnish it much better (since you had the lift-and-slide door at your back) and having the kitchen directly on the terrace is simply more advantageous. The passage to the garage also makes more sense in the cloakroom.

I would give the child the south side and place the office between the bedroom and the children's room, and maybe also give the children's room a dressing nook. In addition, like the others, I would plan the dressing room in the bedroom differently and remove the door to the bathroom.

Ok, that would be worth considering

I will – although there is still plenty of space at that spot.

The door was originally based on the idea of coming directly from the bedroom into the bathroom. On closer inspection, the door is indeed unnecessary. Thanks.

In what way?

I thought on the wall where the toilet is also hanging? To be honest, I haven’t looked into that in detail yet.

Thanks, thanks! Keep going, more of that is welcome

What is the toilet in the basement for? Not that you need a lifting system just because of that. Is a laundry chute possible?

The toilet is initially just planned. We like the possibility of using the basement later as additional living space. Either for the kids when they are old enough, or for relatives if they might not be able to do as they want anymore. This is not something to be realized directly in the course of building the house, but at least it should be taken into consideration in the planning. We have the laundry chute on our radar – we would like that, but we might need to push it more concretely with the architect here.

Had you considered the required ceiling height of the basement for living space?
