House placement on a small 448m² plot

Nice large kitchen - I might consider a direct access again.

I would both move the stairs to the right and make the living area wider, as well as set the garage further back and add a window to the living room on the northwest side. I like the orientation of the house and also think the wind protection on the terrace provided by the garage is great. I would align the roof northwest-southeast, that is, lay it on the longer side of the house. Upstairs, I would then plan the children's rooms facing the garden and the bathroom and bedroom facing the street. That way, the bathrooms would also be almost on top of each other. Those were my ideas.

So my parents have a bathroom that is 3.6x2.5m. It’s not big, but it still works well. What I meant is that there is definitely some leeway on the upper floor if you move the stairs 1m down below

Just as Kisska writes, I only see the 4.80 as sufficient in the living room, unless you want to play Wii there with 6 people.
