There is no plan for the upper floor yet.
Something doesn’t add up!
The displacement is about 0.5-1m. No more.
But the ground floor is simply much more important to me in this regard, so the upper floor has to take a back seat.
If it’s about one tenth, i.e., 10 cm, then you can speak of "only" – one meter that makes a room upstairs unusable can ruin the entire floor plan!
And accordingly, the bathroom would be narrower or accordingly a little longer
What would you like to give up on? The shower or the toilet?

As already said: constructive criticism lacks measurements!!!
Based on fictional furniture drawings, you cannot tell whether the space between the TV and sofa is sufficient or not.
And on the upper floor, it does make a difference whether a room is 4 meters or 5 meters deep, but conversely a possible bathroom in the north hardly offers any space to move.
