Hello,
Good companies have no problem with informed builders! That is where the wheat quickly separates from the chaff.
This path is neither comfortable nor cheap, but it is the only right one!
There are plenty of naive and clueless builders. For example, that is the basis of the "success concept" especially of the nationwide general contractors (GU/GÜ).
From the start, actually highly efficient but sensitive heat pumps, if they are even the right ones, are given an environment that inevitably leads to a poor annual performance factor.
Once the damage is done, people sometimes look for the free "panacea" later on in forums.
My sympathy in such cases is usually limited.
Those who comfortably seek the "ultimate" at discount prices end up with what they deserve => botched work!
Best regards
Correct, however, this makes you the "difficult customer = informed" and you don’t blindly fall for every nonsense the salesman tries to sell you....What you mean is that before I become a customer, I thoroughly check things (at least I try to) and that seems off-putting to many and can sometimes be unpleasant.
