I keep thinking about this topic again and again, even though the house construction will only start in a few years. What maintenance is required for an air-to-water heat pump?

since we just had our first and last maintenance by the HB: open, vacuum out, change filter, flush heat exchanger, put heat exchanger back in, close. About half an hour of effort once a year that you can easily do yourself. We have a combination unit with controlled residential ventilation, which is probably a bit simpler with a pure air-to-water heat pump.

Unfortunately, there are some inconsistencies in the calculations. For example, at the very top it says as of: January 2019. But then electricity prices below 20 cents/kWh, sometimes even 17 cents/kWh appear. And a feed-in tariff of 13 cents/kWh. However, the savings from photovoltaics are then calculated again at 27 cents/kWh.

Income tax, insurance, maintenance, etc. are simply ignored in the photovoltaics calculation.

For gas condensing boilers, only 85% is used instead of 100% (sometimes even 110% due to latent heat). Costs of €969 for 11,700 kWh of gas are also significantly (40%) higher than what comparison sites state.

Absolutely, you can already notice the affinity towards gas. It's probably not what you mean, but you can interpret it either way. An air-to-water heat pump with an annual performance factor of 2.8 is really bad and expensive.
