Garage position on the property - decision aid

For the reasons mentioned, I would do the same. The other options are not real alternatives for me.
My two main points:
The garden becomes larger and is not visually narrowed by a garage rear wall in the west.
Most important point: You have more space in the garden and no large (and useless front yard/courtyard) like with the other variants.

I completely agree. I don't agree at all. No. why I see the garage/carport in the NE, as shown in V1: because I myself have the garage in the NW and unfortunately therefore do not have the evening sun in the house. V1 creates a nice sheltered courtyard where guests also have space to park or the kids can tune their bikes. The protection of the terrace results from the garden planning. However, I also have to say that the floor plan was unfortunately planned exactly against the natural orientation. Kitchen to terrace should be a no-brainer, utility rooms are not necessary, and the guest WC in the west is rather like pearls before swine.

And a small subtlety on the side. In what world does 28x28m equal 850m²? My calculator says 784.

Cool number, if you prefer to choose a subtlety (no matter how small) over a nice and well-intentioned hint.

Maybe read everything once in a while, even if it's exhausting. My advice was to place the garage in NO at the border to the neighbor ;)

It's not exhausting. I read everything. I am referring here to #21, to the quote. Nothing more and nothing less.
