Nothing has been surveyed yet, and the plot size is still partly with the municipality.
How do you even "know" the "key data" that "define" the plot so far? – I have never seen such a plot before: even parcels not yet finally surveyed do not have such an exactly square and right-angled shape in practice, and even the most utopian planned streets have some curve, usually following contour lines. Is an old airfield taxiway actually being parceled here, or are we ultimately dealing with a nearly rhomboid plot of roughly 800 sqm? I have never seen such "stem cell-like" plots issued even from the most theoretically adventurous land consolidation procedures. Normally, there is always something skewed, with a nonagonal curve or the like. If there is possibly even an above-ground development, almost all heights change significantly as well.
