The spacing situation is as follows: at the west boundary there is an obligation to build an extension; there the neighbor has to erect a single-story intermediate building (garage / carport) due to chain house development; at the east boundary (boundary line between chain house and semi-detached house development) normal boundary distance, i.e. 0.4 H (we are in BY – what about the 16m privilege?) for the house and boundary building privilege for garage or carport (if the average wall height is under 3m). The plot width is, if I understand correctly, 13.00 meters. has unfortunately been driven away :-(I have not understood yet how wide the house is allowed to be, so I find it difficult to give you advice.
