Here we have already received an oral rejection from the district office, as it is not only a fire protection wall but also a boundary structure. I don’t know if it might be possible to work something out with the neighbor’s approval. However, the requirements for windows in a fire protection wall are significant, so we will first look for an alternative solution.

I do not necessarily exclude a "turnkey minus" scope of services from a general contractor. I would dimension the carport to 6m width and choose a flat roof for it. Thanks to the knödel line to neighbor 62, uncovered parking spaces would also be possible for you. I do not necessarily see an outdoor unit needing to be floor-standing - if I remember correctly, it is hanging on the facade in the first upper floor in the Goalkeeper thread.

I have now added the 2 m line. With a knee wall of 1.1 m. Although the attic is supposed to be rearranged anyway.

I was also thinking about planning the carport for only one car, then 3.5-4 m would be sufficient, although I still have to maintain the distance to the neighboring property due to the height of the house (see attached table).

If we make the carport 6 m wide, then the house will be even narrower.

One could consider an exemption for a crippled hip roof on the east side, and there are worse things than uncovered parking spaces.

Here I tried to position the plan on the property. The position of the heat pump (size of the heat pump not to scale) was suggested by the architect in front of the house. We still have space for a parking spot in front of the house, we could also move the house further back. However, of course, we want to keep as much garden as possible.

Here I have already received feedback from the municipality that there will be no deviation from the development plan. We wanted to move away from the 46° roof pitch but were rejected. We had also considered a flat roof (though still with a basement execution) and also had no chance. We are also not sure if we need the covered parking spaces. However, nothing changes without the roofing, we still have to maintain the distance, and we also need the two parking spaces.
