Damn. ;)
Although: the higher, the more important/better the view from the ground floor.;)

Yes, it's BaWü.
I sent you an email. :)

I have two more drafts in store; just photographed, I hope you can see enough.

The first one is from Massiv 2; they have already built this house like that, and I looked at it from the outside.
By the way, it has living on the ground floor and sleeping in the basement. ;)
To better fit our plot, it was mirrored.
The house is very narrow, which is due to the elongated shape of the plot. We wouldn’t be dependent on that.
We actually didn’t find it bad at all (this is where we got the idea of the basement garage with direct access to the pantry, which we thought was great).
What I don’t like is that the kitchen is completely open (I think it’s good to just be able to close a door after a cooking marathon) and you always walk through it to get to the living room.
I think the spot is too narrow to put up a wall.
We wouldn’t need the second bathroom downstairs (just saying for now).

This draft is the first one that was created; it is from the provider Massiv 1.

It was made completely according to our initial amateurish wishes (especially the airspace, which of course takes up quite a bit of area) – whether all of this makes sense, I don't know, nor to what extent the architect of the general contractor considered it sensible.

Then came our liking for the attached cellar garage and the passage to the utility room, so we rather abandoned this draft.
But maybe it will become more interesting again after your garage feedback (if it’s not just total nonsense because of wasted space) ...?

Good morning,
here are some photos of the property, maybe it is better for presentation.

1. Photo: View from south to north
2.: View from north to south
3.: Panorama
Rest: Views "from the bottom out"

If you look at the pictures, the basement under the garage could make sense.

Panorama is good - but when do you see it?
Priorities change with garden and/or child.
Garden becomes living space. Dining area. Playground.
Garden creates work or relaxes.
No one would think of separating kitchen or eating.

1. Garage is also possible without a basement. A masonry wall or miniature basement on the valley side and a concrete floor are sufficient. Optimal then a carport instead of a garage. This option at least saves the 5 m driveway here with us. 2. Air space first draft. The air space consumes energy especially in this case, as only the office is usable space. There is an office on the ground floor anyway, right? So why the upper floor at all? It looks nice on the plan and in photos. But it’s different when it comes to living comfort. There was a show on WDR once. The client also built a very nice house with a huge air space. When the acoustics didn’t work, the architect just shrugged his shoulders. 3. Passage to the garage. It’s nice but also costs. Fire protection door, possibly double wall, not to forget increased development costs. I had a nice surcharge here because suddenly the garage became floor space.
