Window areas facing south are also solar energy generators. But that is not so important with good insulation anyway.

Is there already a final plan here or even pictures of the construction?

Hello!
The finished floor plan is very similar to the one shown on p. 9. The biggest difference is that the garage had to be moved to the northern boundary. To ensure that the wall area facing the neighbor complies with legal requirements, we had to plan the left side of the garage 1.50 m shorter. However, two cars still fit inside.
Inside, there are a few small changes (e.g., staircase to the attic in a different location; bathrooms have a different layout), but nothing major.

Unfortunately, the construction is progressing very slowly.
The excavator only started in October 2022. At the moment, we are at the point where the foundation slab was poured last week (at temperatures just above freezing...).
Here are three photos from the end of last year.
If you have any specific questions, feel free to contact me again.

Hello everyone,
for those interested: things are really moving forward now. This is the status from yesterday.
The broken stones at the bottom left (the tarp uncovered by the wind in the 3rd photo) confuse me a bit. No idea if that's okay?

Yes, of course I am interested. You are already quite surrounded by houses that are (soon) finished.

Especially the one that jumped off the track (top row, second from the left) doesn’t please me; and that they don’t look completely filled. The two more or less "chips" from the lost formwork are not critical, but I would investigate their cause. I am not (anymore?) aware that formwork stones should be used in the basement. Have you read my post "Caution with formwork stones – risk of bursting!"?
