What I also noticed ... storage space. Bedroom barely has a closet of about 300 cm, otherwise not much space on the floor. I'm thinking of suitcases, seasonal clothing, bed linens, towels. Cleaning supplies on the upper floor, etc.

On the ground floor again, the longest possible way from the kitchen to the southwest terrace ;)

The hallway on the ground floor has a solid 17 sqm without the stairs… that's where the office is :oops:

The stairs in the floor plans we looked at earlier were about 3.7 m in length. Our staircase would now be over 4.3 m in length and that messes up the entire floor plan for us. :(

If I calculate the staircase with a ceiling height of 2.60 m and a floor height of 2.88 m, then that is 16 steps. That makes 15*26cm = 3.9m The 40 cm is beneficial for the floor plan.

If they have more space, that is better. But if they needed more space, then it is bad.

Unfortunately, such phenomena (that the floor plan suddenly no longer fits into the building envelope if you miscalculate the staircase length) hardly lead to insights for the builders, but only to registration in a forum where people then write, "Could you please light a candle for us that three times three is exceptionally seven this time?"
