"Technology" is a somewhat abstract term; what exactly is supposed to be moved out of the house?

The heating, house connection, electricity storage. The room outside would also be built with masonry and appropriately insulated. It does not count towards the floor space index because it is not part of the main house (according to [Baunutzungsverordnung], only the main house is decisive in our case).
