Yes, and with graph paper you can at least count the squares where no measurements are indicated.

Me again, after I reread the initial post and looked at the Weberhaus.
I was confused because of the dormer as well as the entrance corner of the house. I see that the latter was naturally used by Weberhaus as an entrance canopy. You are missing it because of the floor area ratio?! However, that will look very strange; the house does not gain but loses a useful entrance canopy.

Then I naturally understand the calculations with the storage room and bathroom if is supposed to confirm it (I’m not quite sure about that, but if that’s the case, it’s good for you).

However, I think it is pointless to plan with something like this here:

With €2000/sqm for the house, you don’t plan around too many Pax cabinets costing a few hundred euros. As I mentioned above, all the rooms have many flaws that will cause dissatisfaction in the long run. Kerstin probably already said it: the bed is not accessible from one side, the foot end will also be too narrow.
The more closely you look: the dimensions don’t really add up anywhere.

I strongly advise getting an architect because of the development plan, someone who knows how to trick that or knows the possibilities for exceptions.
We can gladly discuss further then.

Again please, how much?
A dormer and an offset shed roof cost more than a gable roof.
Corners and niches and a panoramic window on top.

Edit: I want to correct myself: with the roof orientation, the bed is under the slope, so it works for getting in, except for the narrow aisle. However, the bathroom door will not open.

Exactly, you will mainly bump into the roof slope there, even if the door opens outwards. And, windows for Child 2, bathroom, and partially Child 3 will not be possible because of the slanted gable there. And a dormer (at least this room area would have no slopes) for a gallery. I would rather plan the gallery, due to the floor area ratio, without the window part with slope and let the dormer benefit other rooms. Also for the ground floor... passage line Carport / utility room / kitchen the doors must also be placed differently, otherwise the interior walls of the utility room/kitchen facing the corridor are quite useless. I would also like to see elevations regarding the ground floor stub towards the south, dormer in the floor above. That just doesn’t fit.

Thank you for your feedback. I have now adjusted the upper floor to the ground floor and also moved the door in the bathroom. This time, I worked with a screenshot instead of the program's print function, so the dimensions are visible. Unfortunately, I cannot plan a roof with this, but I think the professionals will have to handle that anyway. I have also started on the furnishing... Fire away Do you think a gable roof is better for this plot size and orientation?

WHAT on earth are you drawing there?

A staircase measures one meter wide, 3.80 in length, the entrance hallway is still too narrow, you run into a wall at the utility room door, the sofa is roasting from the heat of the fireplace, 40 cm behind the kitchen counter is useless, the refrigerator is in the way,
Gallery view goes where?
Wardrobes are optimally 60cm deep, not 40, where do the kids play? The desks under the slant are meant for headaches, a bed is longer than its mattress, I already said it twice: anyone passing by the foot end scrapes along the wall, child 3 has about 7sqm under the sloping roof... this is all not funny...
Please read your thread again from start to finish before we get caught in an endless loop here.

I am sorry, but I have not planned that many houses yet. Accordingly, I am also inexperienced with the program. It goes without saying that, for example, not every child has a sofa in the children's room - although I have drawn it in for now. The positioning of a bed can also be discussed. However, there is neither an exact bed nor the associated child yet.
The same goes for the refrigerator: it can also be integrated into the kitchen unit - that is not set in stone yet.

As written in the initial post, we are still at the very beginning. Of course, this is not an architect's draft. But before I go to a contractor or architect, I would like to have our ideas somewhat put down on paper.
