... where do you enter the house and have a wardrobe?
At the bottom in the middle or next to the kitchen on the middle floor. For the wardrobe, you take some space away from the guest room. I also noticed that I would omit the storage room in the basement and instead make the bathroom accessible from the hallway. The utility room and the technical room are big enough. Maybe a hallway between the children's rooms on the upper floor is interesting if the parents also want a direct way to the garden.
Whether this is a pipe dream here is not so important to me. I enjoyed designing it. The floor plans could certainly be made nicer by (the best floor plans in the forum :-) ). I only made them roughly at first to see what is feasible and reasonable.
Where do you enter the house and have a cloakroom?
North. Fine tuning can be done later…
Downstairs in the middle or next to the kitchen on the middle floor. For the cloakroom, you take some space away from the guest room.
I think this should be planned to be visible right away, since that no longer counts as fine tuning. Because an entrance area for a family does take up space and should subsequently provide a good and logical access to the building.
